Refund Policy

The article processing charge is paid online when you submit.

If your paper is not accepted

If the editors reject your paper, we refund the charge in full. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

If your paper is accepted

Once a paper is accepted for publication the charge is not refundable, because it covers the work of publishing it.

If you withdraw your paper

If you withdraw before an editorial decision, we refund the charge in full.

Timing

We start a refund within 7 working days of the decision or withdrawal. Your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to show it.

Duplicate payments

If you were charged twice for one submission, we refund the extra payment in full.
